【摘要】:SeveralPolycyclicAromaticHydrocarbons(PAHs)areconsideredtobepotentialhumancarcinogens.PAHsareemittedintotheatmosphereprimarilythroughcombustionoffossilfuelandwood.Theprojectdescribesasamplingandanalysisprocedureforlowvolatility,particleboundPAHsinambientairthatinvolvescollectionfromairontoafilterfollowedbyanalysisusinghighperformanceliquidchromatographywitheitherDiodeArrayDetectors(DAD)orFluorescenceDetectors(FLD).Totalsuspendedparticulatematterissampled.Samplingtimesbetween1hourand24hoursarepossible.Forsampling,eitheralowvolume,amediumvolume,orahighvolumesamplingdevicemaybeused.TheparticulatematterontowhichthePAHsareadsorbed,iscollectedonglassorquartzfibrefilters.ThePAHsareextractedandtheextractconcentrated.Ifnecessary,theextractsmaybecleanedbycolumnchromatographyusingsilicagel.Forqualityassurance,internalstandardsareadded.#,,#
