【摘要】:Thistestmethodmeasuresthecolorofclearliquids.Itisapplicableonlytomaterialswhosecolor-producingbodieshavelight-absorptioncharacteristicssimilartothoseoftheplatinumcobaltcolorstandardsused.(SeeTestMethodD1209andNote1.)ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardsstatementssee7.1andNote2.Note1-AlthoughthistestmethodandISO6271-1997differinsomedetails,dataobtainedusingeitheraretechnicallyequivalent.
