【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofcontainer/palletloaderswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentappliesto:--Container/Palletloader(self-propelled)singleplatform;--Container/Palletloader(self-propelled)twoplatforms;--Container/Palletloader/transporter(self-propelled);--Container/Palletloader/transferplatform(towed).ExamplesofsomeofthedifferenttypesofloadersareshowninAnnexB.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andIEN1915-3.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletocontainer/palletloaderswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.NOTECertainmeasurementshavebeengiveninimperialunits(inparentheses)followingthemetricmeasurementssincethecontainers/palletstobehandledarebasedmainlyontheimperialsystem.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
