【摘要】:Thesemethodsdeterminethecompressivestrengthofstructuralpanelsinresponsetostressesactingintheplaneofthepanel.MethodA8212;Thismethodisapplicabletostructuralpanelsofuniformpropertieswithinapanel.Itisusefulforevaluatingplywoodofclear,straight-grainedveneers,anddeterminingtheeffectofchemicalorpreservativetreatments,construction,principaldirectionwithrespecttodirectionofstress,andothervariablesthatareexpectedtouniformlyinfluencethepanel.MethodB:3.3.1Thecompressivepropertiesobtainedbythismethodareareliableapproximationofthestrengthofafull-sizepanel,andareintendedforuseindesign.3.3.2Thecompressivepropertiesareinfluencedbybuckling;however,thiseffectcanbeeliminatedinthistestbyrestrainingtheedgesofthespecimens.Itisrecommendedthatwherecomparisonsaretobemade,thatthesamemethodandspecimensizebeusedthroughout.Thisisbecausethevolumeofmaterialincludedinatestspecimencaninfluencethecompressivestrengthregardlessofwhetherthematerialpropertiesareuniformthroughoutthesheetorvarywidelyduetothepresenceofgrowthormanufacturingfeatures.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofthecompressionpropertiesofwood-basedstructuralpanels.Wood-basedstructuralpanelsinuseincludeplywood,waferboard,orientedstrandboard,andcompositesofveneerandofwood-basedlayers.1.2MethodA,CompressionTestforSmallSpecimensThismethodisapplicabletosmallspecimensthatareuniformwithrespecttoelasticandstrengthproperties.Twotypesofcompressiontestsareemployed:onetoevaluatebothelasticandcompressivestrengthproperties,andthesecondtoevaluatemaximumcompressivestrengthonly.1.3MethodB,CompressionTestforLargeSpecimensThismethodemployslargespecimensandrespondswelltomanufacturingvariablesandgrowthcharacteristicsthatinfluencecompressionpropertiesofstructuralpanels.1.3.1Thismethodisintendedforthefollowing:Comparativetestsofstructuralpanels,Evaluatingtheeffectsofmoisturecontentonstrengthpropertiesofstructuralpanels,Determiningthestrengthpropertiesofstructuralpanels,andEvaluatingtheeffectsofrawmaterialandmanufacturingvariablesoncompressionpropertiesofstructuralpanels.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestwoatomicabsorptionspectrometric(AAS)methodsforthedeterminationofaluminiuminwater.1FlameAASTheflameAASmethod(clause2)isapplicableforthedeterminationofaluminiuminwaterinmassconcentrationsfrom5mg/lto100mg/l.Higherconcentrationsmaybedeterminedafteranappropriatedilutionofthesample.Carefulevaporationofthesample,acidifiedwithnitricacid,maybeusedtoextendtheworkingrangeofthemethodtolowerconcentrationsaslongasnoprecipitationisobserved.NOTE-Ifthelinearrangeoftheinstrumentissufficientlylarge,concentrations<5mg/lmaybedeterminedwiththismethod;otherwisethedeterminationneedstobecarriedoutinthegraphitefurnace,asdescribedinclause3.Ifthedeterminationofthetotalcontentofaluminiumisrequired,adigestionofthesampleaccordingto2.5.3isnecessary.Silicatesandaluminiumoxidecompoundsmay,however,notbequantitativelydeterminedwiththisdigestionprocedure.2GraphitefurnaceThegraphitefurnaceAASmethod(clause3)isapplicableforthedeterminationofaluminiuminwatersandwastewatersinmassconcentrationsfrom10μg/lto100μg/lapplyingadosingvolumeof20μl.Theworkingrangecanbeshiftedtohigherconcentrationseitherbydilutionofthesampleorbyusingasmallersamplevolume.
